Eco-Farm Conference Press Pass Policy
Thank you for helping bring sustainable agriculture to the media! Here are a few guidelines for Eco Farm Conference press passes.

1. An Eco Farm press pass entitles you to entrance to conference grounds and the conference workshops. The press pass does not include meals or lodging. Lodging and meal passes at Asilomar are available at extra cost in advance. Contact the EFA office to make arrangements. Individual meals may be available on site, but availability is not guaranteed.

2. Each publication is allowed up to 2 press passes for the conference. (Special arrangements can be made for television and other larger staff by calling
Sam Earnshaw at (831) 722-5556.)

3. Freelance reporters must provide an indication of targeted publications or previously published articles.

4. Our press liason can arrange interviews with speakers if arrangements are made before the conference. (It is difficult to arrange interviews on site.)

5. We ask that all reporters send EFA a copy of the published article.

6. Press passes will be granted twice without providing evidence of written and/or published articles about the conference.

7. Videotaping is not allowed at the conference without prior arrangements with EFA office.
