An Eco Farm press pass entitles you to entrance to conference
grounds and the conference workshops. The press pass does
not include meals or lodging. Lodging and meal
passes at Asilomar are available at extra cost in advance. Contact
the EFA office to make arrangements. Individual meals may be available
on site, but availability is not guaranteed.
2.
Each publication is allowed up to 2 press passes for the
conference. (Special arrangements can be made for television
and other larger staff by calling
Sam Earnshaw
at (831) 722-5556.)
3.
Freelance reporters must provide an indication of targeted
publications or previously published articles.
4.
Our press liason can arrange interviews with speakers if
arrangements are made before the conference. (It is difficult
to arrange interviews on site.)
5.
We ask that all reporters send EFA a copy of the published
article.
6.
Press passes will be granted twice without providing evidence
of written and/or published articles about the conference.
7.
Videotaping is not allowed at the conference without prior
arrangements with EFA office.
