1300+ participants and 50+ workshops make Eco-Farm the largest annual sustainable agriculture conference in the West - an excellent place to make business contacts and gain loyal customers through face-to-face contact. Our attendees are farmers/ranchers (45%), food handlers and retailers (14%), NGO/activists (12%), educators (12%), and consumers/citizens (100%).
The 80’ x 100’ Exhibitor Marketplace tent is a popular area for mingling, shopping, and gathering information at the conference! Booths are available to businesses and non-profit organizations who serve the sustainable agriculture community, and we invite you to participate in this special week.
Conference attendance (plenaries and workshops) is not included with the booth price; however, this year you are invited to attend the Wednesday evening plenary session with Eric Schlosser using your exhibitor pass for entry. We do offer some discounted conference registration choices for exhibitors including conference, meals and/or lodging. Please see the enclosed Exhibitor Registration Form.
Non-profit organizations: We offer discounted booths (8’x8’) and half booths (4’x8’ with half of a 6’ x 2½’ table) to non-profit organizations. See enclosed map to find the “D”-labeled booths that qualify for the non-profit rate.
