Eco-Farm Conference Press Pass Policy
Thank you for helping bring sustainable agriculture to the media! In the past,we have not required that journalists or photographers - who are attending our conference for free - actually mention either Ecological Farming Association or Ecological Farming Conference in the stories they are generating.
However, it is very important for us to be mentioned in the media for various reasons. In order to be considered for a press pass in the future, we will need you send us clips of published works that actually mention or show us. Here are a few guidelines for Eco-Farm Conference press passes. Special arrangements can be made by contacting Marcy Coburn.

1. An Eco Farm press pass entitles you to entrance to conference grounds and the conference workshops. The press pass does not include meals or lodging. Lodging and meal passes at Asilomar are available at extra cost in advance. Contact Marcy Coburn to make arrangements. Individual meals may be available on site, but availability is not guaranteed.

2. Within one year following the conference, we ask that you send us links to published photos, articles, recordings or finished films that mention the Ecological Farming Association, Ecological Farming Conference and/or (pre-approved) affiliate groups.

2. Each publication is allowed up to 2 press passes for the conference.

3. Freelance reporters must be prepared to show clips and indicate targeted publications.

4. Marcy Coburn can arrange interviews with speakers if arrangements are made before the conference. It is difficult to arrange interviews on site.

6. Videotaping is not allowed at the conference without prior arrangements with EFA office.
