Growing Heirloom Produce on the Ark of Taste

The Ark of Taste is a biodiversity project designed to protect superior tasting and place-based foods that are threatened by industrial standardization and large-scale distribution. Learn how you can identify and support these foods by keeping them in production and on our plates. Panelists will discuss importance of biodiversity in our food system and culture, what it’s like to grow an Ark  of  Taste product, how to find current Ark products, and how to nominate additional products.
