The volume of organic produce from Mexico has soared in the last decade, with no end in sight. Growers from small to very large are increasing production on virtually every crop that grows in Mexico, from melons, grapes, mangoes, avocados, and bananas, to coffee, vegetables of all sorts, pecans, and much more. Lois has been an organic farm consultant and organic inspector in Mexico for over 30 years and is widely connected and respected. She will provide an overview of Mexican production and issues. Two Mexican farmers will round out the panel.
