Job Description: 

At Better Way Farms, we want to farm differently, to farm in a better way. Our focus is growing Organic Blueberries through regenerative methods – “Better for the Land, Better for the Berry, and Better for You.” We are looking for an Associate Grower who can help take our farm and business into the future, someone who is ready to contribute day one. We have over 200 acres of blueberries (organic and transitional) in beautiful South Haven, Michigan – the heart of Michigan’s blueberry region. There is a real opening in this area for organic, regeneratively grown blueberries and we are looking to be the leaders of this movement. We are looking for an: Associate Grower

Requirements: A minimum of 1-2 years experience on an organic blueberry farm. Ability to commit to position for at least two years.

Preferred Requirements: Degree in agronomy, soil science, or the equivalent with an emphasis on regenerative organic farming.

The successful candidate will report directly to the General Manager who is the individual responsible for growing and farm operations.

Compensation package is competitive and includes housing in a newly built house on the main farm.
