This job is full time year around. You're a VERY important part of our team. Dedicating your time at the farm to working, harvesting, following directions, working 8 hours a day, harvesting for the highest end restaurants in SF is a detail of this job. We are an organic going to biodynamic farm located in the heart of Sonoma Carneros region. We grow flavorful vegetables for 1-3 Michelin Stared restaurants and we expect our farm hands to sense the quality these places demand.
Duties include: Harvest, planting, weeding, bed prep, packaging for restaurants, organize produce, communicate, coming to work daily, taking veggies home, learning about Biodynamic Farming. You'll be working year around... so the summer time its warms and winter time its wet.
Your education can be anything-- its more about the willingness to learn, enjoy and want to work 5 days a week.
