We farm a mix of vegetables, herbs, some perennial fruit, microgreens, edible and cut flowers, along with raising a small herd of lambs and pigs on another acre of pasture. This will be our sixth season using a minimal till system and organic practices. In addition to supplying produce to the restaurants, for the past couple season have also provided a small CSA option.
