9 Miles East Farm’s mission is expanding the audience for healthy local food by making it convenient and accessible to new audiences. So our vegetables are sold primarily in the workplace to the employees of ~100 companies in Upstate NY and another ~100 companies in the metro Boston area. The farm also has a dining room and award-winning sourdough pizza operation in nearby Saratoga Springs.
9 Miles East Farm is a 29-acre vegetable farm in Schuylerville, NY. We have one year-round high tunnel and an acre of Haygrove three-season tunnels. Fertile but heavy clay loam soils.

Set professional development strategy for farm team
Establish and enforce consistent standards for all aspects of GO Bag production
Assist in strategic planning for farm operation
Optimize profitability of farm operation through efficient staffing and careful purchasing
Lead efforts to extend the growing season profitably, with the goal of a 26-week main season and limited (13 week?) off season
Lead partnership efforts with other vegetable growers, such as potential GO Bag partnerships in New York City.
