Renee's Garden, a Felton-based garden seed packet company, is looking for a new team member to support our wholesale & online business.
Our ideal candidate enjoys working with people, is very organized, knows the importance of details, is tech-savvy, and a good listener/communicator. This position is perfect for someone who loves accuracy and details and has a high comfort level with data entry and Excel. We use a combination of software systems, including custom programs for which we will provide training.
This is an office job with both heavy computer use and lots of interaction with customers and staff. You’ll be collaborating with team members that work in multiple locations and customers from across the US & Canada.

Some specific job responsibilities include:
• Manage web-based orders: respond with tact and courtesy to customers via phone, email and online in Shopify, Amazon and ZOHO Desk (our customer interface program)
• Administer donation and fundraising projects
• Provide administrative support to owner and general office, maintain office inventory and be open to taking on whatever tasks are needed.
• Provide inside sales support: run sales and marketing reports for staff and sales reps, coordinate with sales staff to manage incoming wholesale inquiries and update CRM databases.
We have a passion for our products and you should have interest in gardening but no horticultural experience or knowledge is needed.
