The goal of this position is to manage our online store, production of products, product styling/documentation and upkeep of inventory. This includes but is not limited to process orders, customer relations, supply ordering, quality control of the production and overall organization of product flow.
Lancaster Farmacy is seeking motivated individuals to work in a team environment with a positive attitude and genuine passion for organic farming and natural healing/wellness. Applicants should be driven, hardworking. All candidates must be prepared to work in a professional environment, work well in a team setting and independently. Must pay attention to detail and quality, be able to complete tasks and meet deadlines, and carefully and in a timely manner.
Ability to work 40 hrs per week.
Ability to lift 40-60 lbs. and perform strenuous physical tasks
Enthusiasm, positive attitude and hard work are a must!
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Proficient in google docs and sheets
Driver’s license with a clean driving record
Wix/Website experience is a bonus
$11-$13/hr based up on experience. Quarterly Community Supported Medicine share, flowers and occasionally organic produce.
