The zone manager must exhibit a genuine passion for caring for plants, be reliable and self-motivated. Must be capable of multitasking and should be dependable, committed, and honest.
Have a strong business background
Horticulture knowledge is required (formal or informal knowledge)
Valid California Drivers License
Speak English fluently is a must
Spanish is a plus
Ability to build positive relationships with customers and employees at all levels in the organization
The aptitude to learn and the desire to grow within our company.
Basic proficiency with G Suite (Docs, Sheets, etc).
Have a reliable personal vehicle and current insurance.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
Build and maintain a relationship with our clients.
Proactively address client concerns and ensure complete satisfaction with our service.
Respond to service calls and recommend corrective actions to address customer complaints or concerns.
Provide support to and supervise care specialists working in the field, including training.
Perform regular account checks and record-keeping, including scoring.
Data entry to maintain quality reports, inventories, and customer service requests and complaints
Create opportunities for add-on sales and project redesigns
Perform additional related responsibilities as requested.
At least 3 years supervising interior landscaping.
