We’re looking for a Sales Account Manager with 3-5 years of Agricultural Sales experience to join our West Region covering California and Nevada. Our ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience working with permanent crops, tree fruits and vines. Experience with Almonds is desired.

Our Sales Account Managers support a network of over 200 independent retail partners and hundreds of highly-trained sales representatives. This team of experts helps growers effectively and economically utilize AgroLiquid products for their unique operations.
Provide crop and soil recommendations to growers and successfully incorporate cultural practices of the area
Build relationships with Retail Partners to sell and promote AgroLiquid products
Balance time between servicing existing accounts and attracting new ones
Effectively position our products
Contribute ideas for marketing and brand building
Develop and Execute Business Plan for area of coverage
Identify geographic areas that need representation
3-5 years’ industry experience in Ag chemicals, Fertilizer, Seed or similar
Experience reading and interpreting soil reports/test
Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture or equivalent work experience
Willingness to commit to 50% travel
Exceptional customer relations skills
Ability to successfully organize time between current and new accounts
