The EcoFarm Conference thrives on the dedication and contributions of its volunteers, whose impact is far-reaching. Volunteers play an essential role in creating a seamless experience for attendees, from helping with logistics, facilitating workshops, managing registration, and providing essential support throughout the event. Their involvement enhances the overall atmosphere of collaboration and community, fostering connections between farmers, educators, and advocates.

Our Work Trade Program
Work trade applications are closed for the 2025 EcoFarm Conference.
All applicants who applied for work trade will receive their assignments by late December/early January.

Work Trade is an opportunity to attend the EcoFarm Conference while gaining experience in event production. We are seeking committed, reliable volunteers who will receive full registration (no lodging or meals) in exchange for 14-16 hours of work. Work trade support examples include: Registration, Door Monitors, Expo, Healing Center, Dining Hall, Wine & Cider Tasting, Beer & Kombucha Tasting and more!
All Work Trade Volunteers must be available for the entire conference, Wednesday - Saturday, January 22 - 25, 2025.
Please do not register for the conference until you receive notification about your work trade, as we cannot provide refunds.
