Speakers can register on the main registration page. Please indicate you are a speaker and enter your registration code at the top of the registration page.

Meals, lodging, and pre-conference events may sell-out early. We will close choices down on the online registration form as we sell out. Waitlists may be available for some items or programs.

All cancellations must be requested in writing by sending an email to info@eco-farm.org. We will confirm your cancellation by email. The refund amount you are eligible for changes as the conference approaches; please refer to the schedule below.

Lodging at Asilomar is reserved for conference attendees only. If your spouse/partner plans to travel with you, but not register for the conference, please register yourself for the conference without lodging at Asilomar and reserve a room for you and your spouse/family at Pacific Gardens or Deer Haven adjacent to the Asilomar Conference Grounds, as these two offsite motels offer single or double occupancy for one price. In addition, there are several other motels in Pacific Grove where you may make your own lodging arrangements.

Each conference lodging night at Asilomar includes three meals—dinner, breakfast, and lunch. Check in time at Asilomar is 3pm.

Attendees arriving early may store their luggage at the front desk.

Spouses, partners, and friends MUST each register for the conference. You must request each other as roommates in order to be assigned to the same room. You may request up to three roommates for quad rooms. If you request someone to be your roommate, and they do not request you, your reservation will be put on hold. All requested roommates must be registered for the same lodging nights. Asilomar will charge a $20 per person registration fee.

Yes. Registered spouses, partners and friends must request each other to be assigned to the same room. All requested roommates must be registered for the same package and lodging nights. Please indicate your roommate(s) request on Asilomar's lodging portal. You may request up to three roommates (in a Triple/Quad room).

You and your spouse/partner should each register for a double room at Asilomar on Asilomar's lodging portal and request each other as roommate. You should also include your preference for one bed.

Attendees arriving early to Asilomar may store their luggage in the lobby near Guest Check-in. Note, however, this area is unsecured.

Pre-purchasing meals is necessary for those registering without lodging in order to guarantee your meals at the conference. A limited number of meals may be available for purchase onsite, but if you want to ensure that you receive meals, PLEASE purchase them online as a part of your registration package.
